These calls are about 15 minutes. It's an opportunity to meet Steve. There's no pitch or selling on these calls. If there's a good fit, Steve will schedule a complimentary 60-minute coaching call. You'll get a good idea of what to expect in the coaching sessions.
For group coaching, you will be given access to an online training system. Each week a lesson and assignment will be released. You will bring your work and you questions to the weekly call.
For 1:1, you will also work through the group lessons and have access to the group calls. Additionally, Steve will build out a specific plan for each 1:1 session.
The group calls and 1:1 sessions are conducted online through a Zoom meeting.

For the Group Program, the typical plan lasts 8 weeks. Based on our experience, most clients receive a job offer around the 7th week.
If you need more time, we offer an extension program at a fractional price. We'll work with you until you find the right role with the right company.
If you're looking to improve your performance within your organization, the 1:1 coaching program is likely the best fit. The base plan is 4 months, but the length can be adjusted based on your goals.
