Steve Walsh, MBA

Steve has amassed over 25 years of experience in consulting, specializing in a wide range of roles. He started out as an application developer customizing and integrating Great Plains ERP software, and continued to work on Microsoft's Consulting Services team after Microsoft's acquisition of Great Plains. There, he leveraged his expertise to become a consultant on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (then known as AX).

His success in this role led to his promotion as Global Support Program Manager, where he worked with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to provide support through Microsoft's white label offerings. Steve then shifted his focus to the partner channel, establishing a Customer Care program for a Gold Partner before ultimately becoming a Delivery Director responsible for managing technical and functional consultants for over a decade.

While Steve's expertise spans a wide range of areas, coaching has become a main focus of his work in recent years. Specifically, he has honed his coaching skills to work with IT professionals and IT consultants, leveraging his deep experience in the field to help others grow and succeed in their careers. He obtained his first certification from Dream University in 2011 and continued his coaching studies with the Canfield Training organization, ultimately becoming certified as a trainer on the Success Principles.

Throughout his career, Steve has remained dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University, as well as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
